Oracle Form Personalization
When working with Oracle forms and especially when implementing Oracle E-business suite you will get questions from customers that they would like to see things differently from what the original programmer intended. In most cases these request are for the majority about the look and feel. Some fields are in the wrong place in the opinion of the customer.
Most of those cases can be dealt with by using oracle personalization. Ramakrishna Goud from GE has written a very good starting guide in personalizing forms. You can download the guide from my personal website.
